Please make sure you read all of the terms in this contract so both you and I are happy in the end :)

All of my models will receive a discount of 25% off and in some cases, free shipping. This is in good faith that you will provide great photos to show my items off and that you are not trying to just receive a discount. I will not do business with you again if you do this. I put a lot of time and love into all of my products and do not like to be taken advantage of.

I will use your childs photos on my facebook business page and fan page as well as on my website and any fliers or mailers I send out.

PayPal is the only form of payment that I accept. Most invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of talking with you and I do request payment within 2 days of receiving it. This is to ensure that you receive your model items in a timely manner so they can be used for the upcoming holidays/events.

Please make sure to send me at least 8 photos that are good quality and high resolution. These do not have to be edited, I don’t mind doing that myself. Please make sure that if your photographer has a watermark, that it does not take up the entire photo or is too distracting. I need to be able to place my logo/watermark on it as well. If there is no room or it looks tacky with two, I will not be able to use it.

The photos should be done in a well lit area. If you chose to do inside photos, please make sure to have a backdrop or blank background unless props are discussed. Model photos should never have distracting items such as a tv or stairs or toys. If you chose to do your photos outside, please make sure there are no vehicles, houses, dogs or curbs in the picture. These are also very distracting. The photo should only draw the eye to your child and the item she is modeling.  

I request that all model photos are sent back to me within 7-10 days of receiving your item. I understand there will be weather issues or family emergencies, but please let me know about them. I have no problem working things out with you as long as we can get everything done in a timely manner. If you find that you are not able to provide model pictures after you have received your item, I request that you pay the difference of the discounted price. This is strictly business, nothing personal!
